This is our little cottage for guests. It’s right next to our koi pond , with the windows open you can fall asleep listening to the waterfall. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish and if you get lucky the ducks . Lol . It is very cozy and warm . This is a private cottage and you do not have to have any interaction with people! It has keyless entry. I clean and sanitize everything !We are extra vigilant to keep everyone safe! This cottage is not suitable for children,or pets .

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Our Private Suite is situated in Tacoma's Fernhill neighborhood, about 15 min drive to Downtown Tacoma. Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.
