Et hus med mye historie,og har blant annet vært den lokale kafeen i bygda. Det er de 2 øverste etasjene som leies ut. I hovedetasjen finner du en stor, lys stue med kjøkken og direkte utgang til en usjenert og solrik terrasse. I tilegg er der et soverom/stue og vaskerom/bad. I andre etasje er der 2 store loftstuer med tilhørende soverom, et stort bad med dobbel-vask og badekar. Hovedsoverommet har dobbeltseng med fin utsikt. Mulighet for inntill 7 gjester der to stk ligger på flatseng.

Det er 5 min. gange til sjø og bademuligheter og frisbeegolfbane, 7 min. gange til fotball-, sandvolleyball-, sandhåndballbaner og tuftepark, 10 min. gange til dagligvare, og 3 min. gange til busstopp. Videre er det en 5 min. kjøretur til kjøpesenteret Moa med 200 butikker, og 15 min. kjøretur til Ålesund sentrum. Eiendommen har 1,3 mål tomt å boltre seg på, overbygd terrasse med stråleovn.
