Kick back & relax in this calm, art filled, stylish Topsider kit home built 2012. Two elevated pedestals lift the lodge-style home for sweeping views of apple orchard & mountain range. Shared saltwater pool (seasonal, to open 6/6/26) and hot tub (year-round) for dips or make ‘smores in fire pit. Newfound Lake water sports, Mt Cardigan hiking and Ragged & Tenney Mountain skiing nearby. Whole home, minus owner’s home office with separate entrance. Owners in farmhouse down the hill for assistance.

Cozy Waterfront Cottage

Just steps to the water, this 2 bedroom cottage has 180 degree lake views. Shallow waterfront area, family friendly, convenient to seafood shack and ice cream. One of 6 cottage condos, this place has the best views in the association. The waterfront area is shared with the other condos. The beach area is shallow and sandy. There is a day dock and swimming raft for sunning as the waves gently rock you. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen, power boats not permitted by the association.

Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Gather at the big dining table, the propane fire pit, or the stone gas fireplace. Swim and paddle all summer, watch the foliage come in over the water in fall, ski Tenney (10 min) or Ragged (25 min) in winter — our dirt driveway is plowed and sanded all season.
