A l'étage se trouve 2 chambres avec chacune un lit 2 personnes et mezzanine avec lit 2 personnes, puis une salle d'eau. A l'extérieur un jardin clos avec terrasse. La maison est idéalement situé au sud des Deux Sèvres à 40minutes de Niort, moins d'1h du Marais Poitevin, 1h du Futuroscope et 1h30 de La Rochelle.
