Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

"Noresire" Stunning Grd Floor Country Garden Flat

Our beautiful garden flat sits on the site of one of the oldest Nurseries in England. Renovated & refurbished this 2 bedroomed luxury flat is in a quaint village in the heart of the Somerset country. Equipped with modern conveniences it retains a sense of charm & character. Whether you are looking for beautiful country walks, a visit to the cycle café of the year or just a relaxing visit we are for you. Noresire is a ground floor flat with a family member above so footsteps may be heard.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature.
