Le logement est confortable et fonctionnel et dispose également d'espaces extérieurs privatifs. Idéal pour 2 personnes (Pas adapté pour les bébés et jeunes enfants). Le gite est situé sur les hauteurs de Rumilly, en pleine nature et au grand calme. Il est localisé entre les 2 plus beaux lacs de France. Annecy et Aix-les-Bains sont à seulement 25 minutes.

Genießen Sie ihren Urlaub auf dem schönen Sonnenplateau an der Südseite des Inntales in Tirol, dem Weerberg auf 880m Seehöhe. Egal ob Sie Wandern, Mountainbiken od. Schifahren, in die nächste Stadt nach Schwaz 9km, oder nach Innsbruck ca. 20km, ins Zillertal ca. 30km, zu den Swarovski Kristallwelten nach Wattens 7,5km, fahren oder nur Entspannen wollen, unser Haus liegt im Zentrum vom Weerberg, somit kommen alle auf ihre Kosten. Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Erholung pur - oder aktiv sein?

Das schöne Bergdorf Isenthal befindet sich im Herzen der Zentralschweiz (780 M. ü. M.) und hat 540 Einwohner. Die schöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich gleich am Anfang des Dorfes. Sie verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Ausserdem gibt es einen grossen, teilweise gedeckten Balkon von welchem aus man die wunderschöne Bergwelt geniessen kann. Egal ob als Familie oder zu zweit - hier finde Sie einfach alles.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Vous disposez d’une place de parc gratuite sous le couvert. A 10 minutes en voiture vous serez au centre de Saint-Germain/Savièse où se trouvent de nombreuses commodités. De plus Sion, Anzère, Cran-Montana ne se situent respectivement qu’à 20 minutes, 30 minutes et 35 minutes.

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.

It's an amazing cozy 30 sqm studio flat in the heart of Porta Venezia area, in a very nice “ringhiera building” with concierge. 1st floor on the yard side so it's really quiet. The bed size is 140 x 200 cm, excellent quality. It' s 1 min walking from the subway and 15 mins walking from S.Babila and Duomo. All kind of shops or services are within less than 5 mins walking. It’s fully equipped and totally renovated by an interior designer.
