Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung: Die S-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar.
