Fußläufig (nur 5 Minuten): Bahnhof, Rupertus-Therme mit Schwimmbad, Kurpark, Kuranstalten, Theater und Kurgastzentrum Bad Reichenhall. (Benachbarte Unterkunft "Edelweiß" für 2 weitere Personen.)

Die 120m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für bis zu 6 Gäste buchbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (2 davon mit Waschbecken im Zimmer), 2 Bäder (einmal Bad/WC, einmal Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine), über eine geräumige große Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und noch einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer der Hauptwohnung ist klein aber fein!

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Situa-se numa pequena casa, num bairro tranquilo e agradável, a apenas 15 minutos a pé do centro histórico. Nas proximidades, encontrará vários restaurantes, uma padaria e paragens de ônibus com ligação direta ao centro, à estação ferroviária e ao aeroporto. No pequeno jardim nas traseiras há um espaço coberto para bicicletas, caso queira alugar uma.

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
