The way the house is designed and positioned allows guests to enjoy a luxurious vacation with all modern amenities, while also feeling immersed in the surrounding landscape, local nature and the breath-taking images it offers.

Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.

Then we go from private access to the studio, where it is independent of the main house. There is another garden with lawn and trees, a private yard, and three mountain bikes for free use.

A spacious two-story family friendly villa on a 1500 sqm land plot with a big garden, a barbecue and a private two-car driveway. The garden is big enough for adults to enjoy tranquility while kids safely play nearby and in the treehouse.
