Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Perivolakia Panorama House

Our vacation home is ideally situated in the south of the Peloponnesos, with breathtaking views of Kalamata and the Messinian bay. The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or friends. It contains 4 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms which offer convenience and privacy. Modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. A wonderful garden full with fruit trees and cozy patio for outdoor dining and stargazing. There's a wood stove and SmartTV with Disney+

Seafront penthouse

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. Η θέα του Ναυπλίου, της Θαλασσας, του τεραστιου κήπου και της πισίνας είναι εκπληκτικη!

Villa Christina . Ancient Olympia

Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα λίγα μέτρα απο το κέντρο της Ολυμπίας και κοντά στον Αρχαιολογικό χώρο σε απόσταση βαδίσματος. Τρία κύρια υπνοδωμάτια με εσωτερικό μπάνιο το κάθε ένα , κοινόχρηστος χώρος με καναπέ κρεβάτι και μπάνιο ξεχωριστό. Μπαλκόνι , βεράντα και αυλή περιμετρικά του διαμερίσματος σε επαφή με τον κήπο. Άνετο παρκάρισμα στο δρόμο μπροστά απο το διαμέρισμα. Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για παρασκευή γευμάτων.

Rodanthe's Guest House

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

Avatonblue villa Nafplio

Lovely luxury villa, ideal destination for both summer and winter, overlooking the sea, barbecue and fireplace. It is 15 minutes drive from the city of Nafplio and 5 minutes from Tolo. It is fully air conditioned and has all the infrastructure (kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Espresso machine, internet etc smart TV). At a distance of 3 minutes you will find one of the best beaches in the area, the famous Kondili.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Για μεγαλύτερες οικογένειες ή παρέες μέχρι 12 ατόμων ( μόνο 8 ενήλικες + 4 παιδιά) διατίθεται επιπλέον η σουίτα της Villa Arcadia που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα ( 2 ενήλικες & 2 παιδιά) σε ένα χώρο 70 τμ με υπνοδωμάτιο , καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία και 1 μεγάλο μπάνιο.
