Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Clearcreek Farm Private Guest Cabin For Two

Private, adults only cabin for two on our gorgeous 72 acre farm in the woods. Our cabin has a full size kitchen and a king size bed. Take a hike through the woods or spend a quiet moment by Clear Creek or just relax on the covered porch and enjoy the wildlife. While the farm is tucked away in the woods, it is centrally located to all the amenities…restaurants, shopping and entertainment with historic downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Casino & Resort being a short scenic drive from the farm.

Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Our cozy Starlight Cottage is separate from the main house for seclusion and privacy, but we are next door for quick service and host response. We are located on 13 acres of densely wooded hilltop fewer than 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
