Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Tastefully renovated/furnished with designer pieces, with a private outdoor sauna, a sun-facing balcony, and all you need for the mountains: 2 mountain e-bikes, a ski-byke, snowshoes, sledges and a BBQ. Arvenbüel is known as a «Kraft-Ort», a place to recharge. After 7 years and 126 guests rating us 4.98, we think they're onto something.

Die Ferienwohnung ist umgeben von Natur, weg von der Strasse, und doch nahe am Dorf. Dort findest Du Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Volg, Spar mini, Bäckerei mit Kaffee und auch ein Restaurant. Auch haben wir ein Hallenbad, dort kannst Du auf den Sprudelliegen das warme Wasser geniessen und die Berge bewundern. In der Wohnung hat es viele Spielsachgen, ein TV mit 7 Tage Replay. Küche gut ausgestattet aber ohne Geschirrspüler. Vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aus siehst du die Berge und den Walensee.

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

The "Chalet Bergdoktor" is situated in a quiet location in an absolute natural paradise in the idyllic Swiss mountain village of Amden. In the newly renovated house with open fireplace, there is space for the whole family in 4 rooms. The highlight is the "Heidi bed", which has been furnished with great attention to detail. You will want for nothing in the kitchen and the garden with its barbecue and meadow lounge is the perfect place to enjoy the mountain panorama. Pets are very welcome.

Unser Paradies lädt zum erholen ein. Gemütliches Gästezimmer im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad sowie traumhafter Aussicht auf Walensee und Churfirsten. Die Stube ist zur Mitbenutzung und es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso‑Maschine und einen Wasserkocher. Bitte beachten: Es gibt keine Küche und keine Möglichkeit zu kochen. Unsere Katze lebt ebenfalls im Dachgeschoss. Wir wohnen abgelegen, daher ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Parkplatz und Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle vorhanden.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Amden bietet fünf Skilifte, unzählige Wanderwege, Langlauf- und Schlittelpisten, tiefe Wälder und rauschende Bergbäche an. Alles umgeben von wunderschönen Aussichten. Willkommen in den Bergen!

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
