The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Ashtree Annexe, part of the oldest house in town

An opportunity to stay in a refurbished old stable block, built in 1865 in the heart of the old Market Town, Baldock. With the station only a 7 min walk away you can be in Cambridge in 30 minutes and in London in an hour. Take a 5 min walk into the centre of town where there are coffee houses, pubs, other eateries and a large Tesco. The annexe has a large open kitchen, dining area and sofas, and upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room with ensuite shower rooms. The main house is close by

Snug, welcoming Guest House in Comberton

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! Our 'Home from Home' tastefully converted large double garage, has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom, wet-room, private patio garden with decking and raised planting. Set in a quiet rural location, the village of Langford has a selection of small shops, including a garden centre, chip-shop, pharmacy , pub and post office.

The Barn

A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

A clean and comfortable 3 room accommodation with off street parking. One bedroom with en-suite and separate kitchen suitable for a couple or single person. A small sitting area with coffee table. Equipped kitchen with a single hob, microwave cooking facilities. The property also includes virgin full tv package including Box sets, use a code 1234 if 🔒 locked. Fridge, washing machine, toaster, blender and kettle. There is also a fan to keep you cool should you need it.

The Domek: Idyllic Hertfordshire cottage

The Domek is set within an idyllic courtyard of the Gotha Gardens at Pembroke Farm. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors. The bedrooms are fresh and charming with a circular window in the double and a Juliet french window in the twin. The Domek also has its own reserved terrace overlooking the courtyard.

Sleeping up to 6 people, the cottage has 2 bedrooms plus a dressing room/work space. The open plan ground-floor living area features a sofa bed and dining area. Renovated to a high standard, the modern kitchen makes this an ideal destination for self-catering breaks. With a chemist, a bakery, a butcher, a convenience store, pubs, a doctor, dentist and even a museum, Ashwell is the perfect village for short or long breaks.
