This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Private bedroom in Manhattan Upper East Side

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Your private room is cozy with fresh linens, comfortable bedding, and plenty of natural light. This is not a polished, empty space but a home filled with character, where every corner has a story. Modern private bedrooms on the 2st floor. Unit E, Twin Bed in room with SHARE KITCHEN and BATHROOM. Located just few mins away from 7 train taking you to flushing/or Manhattan. Close to citi field and LGA airport. Other things to note; Quest will be sharing space with the host. Ruku Tv, Wifi, every room are safe with a combination lock that it will close 30sec. after you enter or exit AUTOMATICALLY. Also Please be considerate of other guest and lower your TV volume/noise after 10pm

We’re in a lively part of Astoria, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to enjoy. After a short walk to the Ditmars N/W stop, the train is 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.

Located on a particularly quiet block; only 20 min to Manhattan via subway, 10 min by car. LaGuardia airport is 7 min by car. Our house is a 6 minute walk to the famed Astoria Park with views of the Manhattan Skyline. We are a short walk to the 30th Ave shops, bars & restaurants.
