Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this private centrally-located adorable just renovated bungalow overlooking the bay & ocean. Sandy Hook pass included. Right by the bridge, you can walk/bike right over to Sandy Hook. Plenty of restaurants, hiking & activities in town. Easy access from the ferry. The 600 sq. ft. apartment is remodeled to provide a relaxed, beach getaway ambiance so you could enjoy a care free getaway. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy a beautiful oceanside morning walk to get your coffee at the local bakery or the local coffee shop. After you’ve grabbed your coffee, explore all that highlands has to offer.

Enjoy waterfront restaurants , night life, tiki bars, fishing, kayaking, biking on the Henry Hudson Trail, hiking in Hartshorne Woods Park, and of course Sandy Hook Beaches.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
