Clenaghans - Self-catering Stone Cottage

Located in idyllic Northern Irish countryside, Clenaghan's cottages are situated on the site of an over 250 year old farmyard. Boasting 6 cottages in total, each has been converted to a high specification with modern facilities including high-speed internet & wide-screen televisions. Every apartment has its own living area, kitchen, bedroom and en-suite. You'll arrive to a generously stocked fridge with welcome pack including everything you need to make your own Ulster Fry in the morning as well as bread, milk, cheese and more. Also on site is the award-winning Clenaghan's Restaurant which opens Wednesday to Sunday. Just 5 minutes drive away is the quaint Moira village, which has no shortage of bars, restaurants & cafes for you to peruse. Moira is beside the Northern Ireland M1 Motorway (Junction 9) between Lurgan and Lisburn. Belfast is a 25 minute drive by car and is accessible from Moira Train Station, a 5 minute drive away.

Croob View Black Hut

Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Guests are welcome to meet and greet our animals at the gate up to the hut. Honey the Falabella horse, 5 pygmy goat and our Free range hens, who give our guests eggs in our welcome pack.

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The house central location and access to the motoring network across the north/ bordering counties makes it a central point for travelling west from Dublin and East from Donegal, Sligo or Fermanagh.

Whether in Lurgan Town for work or a family event such as a wedding or funeral, this represents an ideal quiet oasis that is 5 min walk from the town centre ( shops, pubs, restaurants, banks and churches), 5 min walk from the beuatiful Lurgan Park and only 10 min walk from the train station The apartment is modern and luxurious with WiFi and smart TV to allow you to keep contact and work from home if required.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Balance Treehouse - Luxury high in the tree tops

High in the tree tops as you look out over the craggy Heather covered hills, stone ditched fields and winding narrow roads. Take a deep breath, relax and reconnect with nature. A unique hand crafted resort, boasting a natural rustic look with full modern connectivity. Accessed via a private rope bridge, a hot tub, outdoor net/hammock, outdoor shower built for two and super king bed complete with glass roof for star gazing. All fully controlled by voice commands.

The Hen House @ Bancran School

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.

Riverside Cabin

Set on Edge of River Blackwater. Co Tyrone 2 bedroom log cabin. 1 bedroom has double bed. 1 bed room with bunk beds. with kitchen, w/c and shower, also for larger families there is a 3 berth Pod available which has a double bed and a pull out sofa. Set in a peaceful location on the blackwater river Co Tyrone. Ideal for fishing or just a peaceful Retreat. Large garden and kids play area available on grounds. Hot tub Available.
