A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. You’ll love my place because our spacious, bright detached house is sorrounded by gardens and fields in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Near Blaise Castle with a wonderful view of the River Severn and the mountains of Wales. My house has two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sunny veranda. Will suit couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). The house is dog friendly, with lovely walks in woodland nearby.

Self contained one double bed first floor flat just twenty minutes from Bristol airport. Kitchen with white goods, furnished lounge and bedroom with shower en-suite. Good motorway access. Woodlands walks at hand with the lido, lake grounds and marina a short distance further. No animals nor smoking. Very private. No hidden charges and all very good value. There is a telly but no outdoor ariel - so you might like to bring an Amazon stick, etc. Choice of summer and winter quilts.

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
