It has a master bedroom with its own lush patio & outdoor shower, another lovely bedroom & a queen sized bed and one bedroom & a comfortable single bed. The house has its own unique roof top terrace with unobstructed views over Palma and the Bellver Castle, sun all day and amazing sunsets with a large dining area, lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower & pool. Rental license for 3 persons.

This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.
