Spacious 2-bedroom beach villa

An entire 2-bedroom house with air conditioning throughout for rent within a minute walk from the beach. The area is quiet and there are local shops and markets nearby. This self contained bungalow has it's own parking space so you will feel like staying in a home right next the beach. We partnered with a local restaurant who delivers meals to the house, subject to a small delivery charge. Thai & Western meals are cooked from fresh ingredients bought daily from the morning market in Bankrut.

The villa has 2 bedrooms each with private entry, ensuite bathrooms and gorgeous kitchen, 2 bedrooms not connected, you have to walk to the patio to another room. This is an apartment for rent by the sea, suitable for those who look for privacy. It may be rented either monthly or yearly. It is 50 meters from a quiet beach. It is a 15-minute drive from Chumphon Airport (free of charge), with one flight from Bangkok each day. It is a 10-minute drive from Pathiu Railway Station (free of charge) and a 45-minute drive from Chumphon Railway Station (500 bath charge). We can pick you up and take you to Sea Breeze Place when you arrive.

My place is a private property located in "Suan Ban Krut Beach Resort". Right in front of the resort is a beautiful and peaceful long stretching beach suitable for relaxation. The property for rent is composed of 3 houses that can be rent separately. The houses are located within the same fence/perimeter with a regularly managed garden out front. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Slapp av i nydelige Huai Yang. Landlig og vennlig. Svømmebassenget er for tiden ute av drift, men stranden ligger ca 5-600 meter fra huset og strekker seg milevis i begge retninger. Stedet har en rekke butikker, restauranter, haner, høner, kuer, hunder......... Skulle det være behov for litt mer fest, liv og røre er det uansett ikke langt unna. Ei heller turer til øyer, for snorkling eller dykking. Billig og lett å reise i Thailand.
