New apartment with an amazing view on Vrbas river and hills of Banja Luka. The apartment is 9min walk from the city centre bustling with bars, restaurants, and bakeries yet tucked in a quiet neighbourhood for your comfort and enjoyment. You can enjoy in the walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts in front. The apartment is in the new building with an elevator. There is also fiber internet installed, and the connection is really good :)

Comfortable and clean apartment with a lot of parking space (which costs 1.5 euro per day) , situated in a nice neighborhood, just about 800m from the very heart of the City and about 150m from the biggest Park in the City. Cabin has riverside terrace and a direct private access to river, outdoor barbecue place, running hot/cold water, electricity, gas stove, fridge and basic home appliances.
