Recently renovated, the cottage features a brand-new bathroom, new laundry units, and all-new furniture. Sleep comfortably on two queen beds with fresh bedding provided. Welcome to our cozy West Dennis beach house located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods on Cape Cod. A great walking/biking neighborhood that kids love! West Dennis Beach is just five blocks away (about a 7-minute walk), making it easy to spend your days swimming, relaxing on the sand, or watching the famous Nantucket Sound sunsets.

Carolyn's Bass River Condo

This 600 Sq. Ft. condo is located on Bass River. This vacation unit has two levels. The upper level with balcony overlooking Bass River is a combination living room/dining area with a kitchenette plus a full bathroom. The lower level with access to patio is a bedroom with a Queen pillow top bed and a full bed plus a second full bath. Both levels have through the wall AC/heating units. The 18 unit condo complex has an outside heated pool which is open during summer season.

The Cape Cod Perch at West Dennis Beach Studio Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

There is A/C in the bedroom and the living area is well vented and has a large ceiling fan. Two golf courses are within 3/4 of a mile, public access beach and boat ramp are within 1 mile. You will also find kayaking, bike trails, walking trails and many other Cape Cod amenities just a short drive away.

White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

“The Pink Cottage” is a charming one-bedroom private building nestled into a beautiful historic property in South Yarmouth. Enter through the pergola patio, enjoy a spacious living space with dining and kitchen area.
