Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. The ROTR is a 4,700 square foot tri-level cabin on 2.72 acres located directly on the Little Red River in Pangburn, Arkansas. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
