Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Nestled among live oak trees, surrounded by a natural southern garden, the Live Oak Retreat provides a truly peaceful and private setting. This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

Frog Cottage

Welcome to Frog Cottage! This charming 1910 cottage blends historic character with modern comforts in the heart of Beaufort’s Historic District. Walk to the waterfront, shops, and local restaurants, then relax on the screened porch or by the fire pit in the private fenced yard. Great location !! Within walking distance of great restaurants and all Downtown Beaufort has to offer Each floor in our two-story home has its own living room with a large screen TV, a functional kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with full bathroom, and a lovely porch. The upstairs living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed that easily converts the space to a 3 bedroom house. We have off-street parking on our property for up to 3 cars and fast internet and Wi-Fi.

Downtown, 9 mi to Parris Island, Hunting Is. Pass

Make yourself at home in our updated 1940s bungalow, the Flirty Flamingo. Less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you'll have easy access to the attractions of the area. Bring your bikes or rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, located just 0.4 miles away. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island

Enjoy the gorgeous view through expansive picture windows overlooking the 200-acre nature preserve.

There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
