In quite a rural location yet close to local shops We are within 12 miles of Capesthorne Hall and only 10 minutes to Biddulph Grange gardens, . It's a scenic drive to historic Leek, Buxton, The Potteries, Trentham Estate, Alton Towers (50mins) and Jodrell Bank

Drumble Lodge

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at the chalet The bird song through the day and owls at night whilst sat on the decking or simply stars gazing with the telescope. In summer The cows in the meadow in the distance with young calf’s in summer Pet sheep wander the paddock and drumble by the chalet Castle Farm situated on the gritstone footpath a ten minute walk to the Horse Shoe inn, twenty minute walk to The Castle Inn The Roaches, Tittesworth Leek Buxton and Mow Cop Castle not far away

Holly Cottage

Located in the small village of Biddulph Moor, Holly Cottage is perfectly suited for a cosy staycation in front of the fire, a base camp for Peak District Adventures or anything in-between! Built in the mid to late 1800's Holly Cottage is full of character. Over its lifetime the stone quarried gritstone building has been extended and modernised, but it retains its cottage charm. If you're looking for a cosy countryside retreat that gives access to the great outdoors, then look no further.

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Sky View Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Introducing our brand new Sky View Lodge (completed June 2024). With plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy their stay on the peak of Staffordshire Moorlands surrounded by breath-taking views of the rolling hills that make the Peak District National Park, with fantastic walking and cycling routes in abundance. Once you step out of the lodge, the panoramic views of the surrounding areas offer some of the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

You'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of The Roaches, Wildboarclough, Peak District and beyond! The hut was built brand new (completed Jan '22), with underfloor heating, mini-kitchen, shower & cassette toilet all self-contained! Find everything you need for a cosy retreat or romantic getaway.

Owls Loft - cosy getaway with far reaching views

Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Middle Barn, Rushton Spencer

Middle Barn is a recently converted barn which has many original features as well as modern comforts including underfloor heating downstairs, excellent WiFi, and finished to a high standard. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park Farm Stays’ and situated on a working farm which has 3/4 of a mile of frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through the farm, makes this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

The Cottage at Croft Meadows Farm is a family run, self catering holiday cottage nestled in the North Staffordshire country side close to the Peak District. This charming cottage was originally a long barn and has been beautifully renovated. Aesthetically stylish yet comfortable, the Cottage sleeps 8 guests and is a prefect holiday home or wedding accommodation. Surrounded by 26 acres of peaceful green pastures to explore. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Beautiful secluded romantic lake house retreat

Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
