Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. Comfie place is an open concept 1 bedroom unit with all amneties of home. Washer & dryer included. The queen size bed is extremely comfie with a nice duvet. Wireless internet & bell cable tv . Locals with all good reviews are welcome.. Patio, firepit in backyard summer.

Includes one queen bed, full bath with shower, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, toaster and sink. Shared barbeque located on lower level. Small private patio off the back of the suite and parking in front. There are no shared spaces in the suite. Private BBQ, screened tent( high season) WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires/AWD required; driveway is steep but well maintained year-round. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times. Sorry no dogs, no motorbikes.

The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.
