This private, self contained accommodation surrounded by ancient railway & woodland offers a gorgeous interior with log burning stove, a tranquil setting to get cosy, relax and unwind. With stunning walks on the doorstep and many nearby Somerset landmarks to explore, this is the perfect unique escape to retreat or enjoy time with loved ones.

A quiet luxury getaway

The Cider House is a converted barn tucked away in the village of Pilton, Somerset. It is a large airy and light space. It has a private courtyard and garden, 24 hour under floor heating and hot water. There is a top quality superking bed, excellent for having sleeps in, with hand pressed sheets. To augment heat there's a wood burning stove. We supply and lay a first fire for you with enough logs to get it going after which you can purchase a sack of seasoned logs from us for £10.00 a bag.

Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

A converted stone-built barn, Rose Barn is a self-contained detached property with own entrance and private south-facing garden on the grounds of Grade II listed cottage surrounded by countryside conveniently situated on the edge of the village of Gurney Slade, just few miles of the remarkable cathedral city of Wells and the beautiful Mendip Hills, with easy access to historic Bath, Glastonbury, Frome and Bristol. There are many stunning National Trust houses and gardens to visit nearby.

Copse Cottage - Welcoming 2 bed house near Wells.

The cottage annexe is attached to our own home. It is a 10 minute drive to Wells. In about 30 minutes you can get to Glastonbury, Cheddar, Wookey Hole, Longleat, Frome, Bath and Bristol. A little further and you can visit the Somerset coast. We are on the Mendip Hills, an AONB. The village has a bus service (Wells to Bath), two pubs and a shop. There is off road parking adjacent to the annexe. I have been hosting for the last 3 years and look forward to welcoming you to Copse cottage.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
