Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in midtown Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our large open concept two bedroom, one bath home. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, lrg bathroom w/ tub + organic toiletries, ondemand water heater w/ heated floors in bath and mini splits throughout. Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Cassidy Homestead Guest Cabin

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

Cozy Philipsburg Studio Guest Cottage

This cozy guest cottage is located three blocks from downtown. Unit is detached from main house and accessed off the alley adjacent to garage. Cottage has separate parking and beautiful views. This approximately 140 square foot space includes a half bathroom (no shower/tub), microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, desk, and queen bed. Smart tv/wifi and bluetooth speaker. An affordable, comfortable option for solo travelers or couples who just need a good spot to crash. New window AC in 2025.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

(1st come/ 1st served) 1/2 mi from lake and trails, 3 miles from Double Arrow Golf Course, and 3/4 mi from 18 hole disc golf.

Mountain View Yurt

Enjoy a unique experience in a Montana built yurt. Our place was created for a Montana experience in mind. Our property is settled with little neighbors and breathtaking views. Guest will have access to a private entrance and a private bathroom area that includes a composting toilet and outdoor shower (seasonally May - October). Our yurt has a king size bed alongside a small cot for a third guest. You will enjoy the serene sounds of nature and the peace under the Montana starlit sky.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Comfortable king size bed, bunk beds, desk, coffee bar, microwave, and a fridge. One mile off Hwy 93

Enjoy a fully equipped home with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen-sized bed. We do not have a fenced yard for your dog. Please make note! NO CATS! A fine of $100 will be assessed.
