Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. This is the ground floor of a home on a 7 acre estate. There is plenty of room to wonder around and enjoy the 400 feet of waterfront that is great swimming, kayaking and fishing.
