Way Up Acres and Lodging is a 50-acre homestead/farm. Come sit back and relax while listening to the creek across the road and farm animals. You will fall in love. We have lots of farm animals and room to walk around or hike our mountain. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views all around you. Enjoy a homesteading atmosphere with the comforts of home. This is a campground atmosphere. Our Cafe and Marketplace are located next door at the big metal building. Come grab a bite to eat and shop.

Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal or just a quick snack. About 3 minutes to Claytor Lake State Park for hiking, swimming or boating with Mountain View's. We have parking for your boat on the property. We live in a log home on the property and are usually available by text or in person. Easy access to I-81.

Between our breathtaking sunsets and our add-on options (horseback riding, wagon rides, hiking, fishing, a free petting zoo, etc.), there's not much that can beat the value of our facility. You get privacy without isolation, outdoors without "roughing" it, and all within an easy drive of Smith Mountain Lake.
