The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Little Appleby

Dog friendly Little Appleby is located in Egerton, rural Kent, the Garden of England. We are well placed for the tunnel with Folkestone, Le Shuttle 20 miles away. Egerton adjacent to Pluckley boasts many lovely country walks with huge Dering woods walkable from the listing and the villages of Goudhurst and Sissinghurst within 20 minutes. By car, Rye, Canterbury & Whitstable are within 40 minutes Ashford Designer outlet is 25 minutes away. The dog friendly restaurant and pub is a 5 minute walk.

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

The property is ideally located for walkers and is situated on Cycle Route no 1. 1 Mile from tranquil Conyer Marina & The Ship Inn 10 miles to the Michelin star restaurant, The Sportsman.

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Very spacious 1 bed en-suite cottage with off road parking and a small courtyard area. Formerly an Annex to the main house it is ideally situated for walking/hiking with easy access to the RSPB marshes of Cliffe. Beautiful views of the Kent countryside leading to Cooling Castle Barn, St Helens Church, Cliffe and St James church which inspired Charles Dickens to write Great Expectations where the hero Pip met Magwitch the convict. Easy car access to Historic Rochester Castle and Cathedral.

We have lovely walks right from the door, it's perfect for exploring historic Kent and there's easy access to trains to London & Europe. Lots of books & games, a piano, guitar & drums for music lovers, pool table & darts. Ideal for couples or larger families.

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful kent countryside, but still have great access to road and rail networks. Only half a mile away is the newly opened Wishful Thinker pub and restaurant. 1mile away is the village of Lenham, the picturesque square has 2 public houses, a couple of restaurants and a tea room. Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.
