Traditional 16th century italian stone house

Traditional italian stone house by BORGHI VENETI, completely renovated using original materials and techniques. Most of the decoration and furnitures are from local antique markets. The house is located in a very quite "borgo" not many cars, just the sound of the river and birds while you are enjoying your al fresco dinner in the private garden, under the wisteria canopy. Strategically located in the center of the region, close to Bassano, Venice, the mountains and many historic small cities.

Private house in the heart of the hills of the area, gorgeous view of Bassano and Marostica, just renovate now, inside the housewe have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with separate freezer, microwave, an electric oven, gas stove, a other tools. Are complementary also a washer-dryer, a 42"smart TV and free wi-fi. Outside of the house we have, a big terrace with table, a private parking spaces, a car box and big garden.

La nostra casa è immersa nella campagna si trova lungo il tragitto dei percorsi podistici permanenti per visitare la zona Pedemontana Vicentina. In pochi km si raggiungono Breganze (terra di vini), Marostica, Thiene, Bassano.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Il mio alloggio si trova in un borgo collinare di origini medievali, restaurato nel rispetto della tradizione locale con mezzi biocompatibili. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente MAROSTICA, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA e ASIAGO. Si tratta di un luogo intimo, rilassante con la possibilità di uscire in escursione sia a piedi che in bici nelle verdi colline circostanti. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggi di lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e animali domestici.

Dotato di aria condizionata ed angolo cottura, il monolocale Beehouse dispone di due letti singoli oppure uno matrimoniale e di un divano-letto. La struttura è ubicata a circa tre chilometri dalle aree destinate al volo libero ed in posizione strategica per chi vuole dedicarsi a diverse attività sportive, oltre che visitare centri storici/culturali (12 km da Bassano del Grappa, 1 ora da Venezia). Il monolocale è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e a chi viaggia per lavoro.
