Country-chic interiors boast gray-washed wood floors and plush furnishings. Relax with two private bedrooms (California King and Full bed) and an exercise room. This is a house you can get cozy in! This is a house for non-smokers. No smoking or pets in or on the property. It has the appearance of a hotel with the convenience of cooking at home. Guests have full access to the house. There are towels provided and Egyptian cotton sheets on the beds. There is a nice deck to hang out on in the summer. If you need help with anything, I am available. I have lived here for twenty-eight years and can make lots of recommendations. Set in a friendly, low-key neighborhood, the house is a short walk from the University of Colorado, as well as great coffee shops and restaurants that cluster around the school. Downtown is a short drive or bike ride away. There is a bus route down the streets and it is also in walking distance to many bike paths in the area. The lawn in typically mowed on Fridays (does not apply during winter). Garbage day is also Fridays. When it snows, someone will be by within 24 hours to clear the sidewalk. Set in a friendly, low-key neighborhood, the house is a short walk to the University of Colorado, as well as great coffee shops and restaurants that cluster around the school. Downtown is a short drive or bike ride away.

This fantastic location in South Boulder is close to hiking, dining, downtown & CU campus. Experience everything Boulder has to offer from this spacious private 1 bedroom guest suite (no shared spaces with the owner!) You will have your own private entrance, living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and wireless internet. Some child amenities available upon request. It’s a basement apartment with a family of 3 and a dog living upstairs. You may hear some noise from upstairs on occasion.
