Top floor, historic listed barn -The Scantlings

Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Scantlings provides luxury 3 bedroom accommodation. The main bedroom with en suite shower room can be used as a double or a twin. Adjacent to this room with an internal door is a small twin room. There is additionally a third bedroom which is a large double and a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is extremely spacious with a wood burning stove making it an ideal space for friends and family to get together. If additional space is required, two further bedrooms, an additional bathroom and extra living space can be booked on the ground floor of the barn. The photos for this are shown under Events Room.

Very close to the market town of Skipton with its medieval castle, shops & restaurants. Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. Hidden away, at the rear of High Meadow House, in the rural village of Cononley, this pretty stone cottage is an idyllic retreat for two and has everything you need for a relaxing stay and only minutes into the Yorkshire Dales. There are many beautiful walks in the village, along the river and canal. It also has two pubs and a village shop along with a train station linking it to Skipton and the Dales.

The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.
