There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath, a cosy sitting room with a wood burner and super modern kitchen, both with patio doors opening to the large veranda overlooking the tumbling beck.

Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

The Barn is in a countryside location yet gives easy access to all the North West Lakes and the lesser known but very scenic West Coast.
