River House 97 je luksuzno opremljena dvospratna kuca,gdje se nalazi sa desne strane rijeke Bojane,400m od mosta.Kuca je opremljena sa svim dodatnim inventarom, gdje u prizemlju u dnevni boravak ima TV sa 200 kanala,wi-fi,kuhinja sa trepezarijom,sporetom, friziderom,rostil,toster,kupatilo sa ves masinom, peglom,terasom sa 60m2 i dodatnom mini kuhinjom,sa trepezarijom i ljezajkama. U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Our elegant and charming cottage provides an ideal escape for individuals in search of serenity and calmness, with olive trees, some of which have stood for centuries. The cottage is well located and situated on the local road to Valdanos beach. Moreover, its convenient location merely 2.8 km away from the historic town of Ulcinj adds to its appeal. The Coratina Cottage offers a serene retreat that is just 2.1 km away from the beautiful Valdanos Beach.
