Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Once the stables and outbuildings of the impressive Corffe House, Corffe has been beautifully restored, transforming it into a relaxing holiday cottage complex with a wealth of facilities for all ages. Whatever the weather, Corffe provides the ideal base for family holidays and gatherings, stay on site and enjoy the shared indoor pool, tennis court and play area or head out and within 10 minutes you’ll be at the nearest beach. Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Rye is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
