A historic classic RV keeps in open yard for living .It’s been installed two new split air conditioners, electric water heater, refrigerator and induction cooker. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. Our Studios are 10-15 min from the beach (Surfside/Quintana) Each studio includes a washer and dryer and access to several amenities such as grilling pavilions, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table. Onsite bar Mon-Sat eves with food trucks and live music or a DJ on special days.
