Very close to the beach, it offers excellent value for the size and location and would be ideal for an executive here for work or for a family holiday. A comfortable home from home, the house is just a very short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants in central Brighton & Hove. There are two large bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms.

Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.
