We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

A short drive to Providence, about a half hour drive to Newport, and 8 miles to Roger Williams University, makes your stay fairly close to the best RI has to offer. Off street parking available for one car.

Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. The ship is currently displayed at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, which is walking distance; just four/five blocks of downtown New Bedford, where you can also enjoy shopping, great food, entertainment, and the ferry to either Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. 15 Acres of Open Fields & 15 Minutes to the Beach

This is a ground level apartment. It sits in the walkout basement of the main residence. It has 7 east facing windows. Tons of light and faces the 15 acres of field. It was a dairy farm previously so the house is a converted cow barn. It is quiet and serine, far off the road. Enjoy walks in the fields or sit on the swing in the gardens.
