Spread over 2.5 floors the flat feels spacious and peaceful despite being in the centre of the town. Many restaurants, shops, bars, theatres, parks are within a short walk and the iconic Pantiles are also close by. The Train station is a 6 minute walk and Bus stop on Door step for routes to Pembury hospital, Tonbridge and Maidstone. Good access to Kent’s country parks and beaches.

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Station just few mins walk, trains to London & coast. * On narrow cul-de-sac (parking vouchers for restricted hours Mon-Sat, or public carparks) Easy walk to The Pantiles, restaurants, cafes, shops, Trinity theatre/cinema, Assembly Hall shows…. & Polar Express steam railway! 🚂 A base for expeditions to Kent castles, National Trust, Ashdown Forest & more… Lots to do & see!

Bright, cosy and welcoming cabin, Fern Hollow

Fern Hollow is a perfect place to retreat and rest, cosily and comfortably at the bottom of my garden, behind my 1950's semidetached home. It is a unique little hideaway in Rusthall, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built out of a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. Warmed effectively by a woodburning stove the living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table.

Spacious and central - near Pantiles/station/parks

Large, bright two-bedroom flat set across the middle floor of a converted Victorian town house located on a quiet side street in the charming "Village" area of central Tunbridge Wells. Nestled between two beautiful parks, it’s an ideal base for exploring the town and surrounding sights. A five-minute stroll through The Grove park takes you to the old High Street, just a few minutes further and you’ll be at the historic Pantiles – home to many excellent independent cafés and restaurants.

Pool and sauna retreat near London and the Coast.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We have dogs and there are cows / sheep in local fields - country life!

Weald Lodge: self-contained annexe with parking

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples looking for a country get away with walks across the fields. Driving distance to local amenities, pubs/restaurants & attractions. Weald Lodge is a separate annexe in the gardens of Wealdview Farmhouse (TN12 6SP) PLEASE NOTE, despite being in the category of farm, we are not a farm and do not have far machinery. The fields around us have grazing sheep Due to the open beams on the mezzanine level, we don't encourage infants or children

FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. Great local pub 5 minutes away that serves great food.

This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate farm, It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.
