The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

The 2 queen bedrooms & both baths feature period decor but are still luxurious & comfortable. Sleeper sofa has a 3-inch foam topper. Kitchen is fully kitted with keurig (pods, creamers, sugars), full size oven/fridge, cookware, dishes, utensils, portable dishwasher. Fishing poles provided or play a few rounds of golf.
