Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusbourne and Chapel Down.

The shepherds hut sits in its own field of 1/2 acre for your exclusive use, it has a wood fired hot tub and exterior seating on a large deck. Close to the ancient town of Rye with its many restaurants, pubs and cinema and blessed with a 16thCentuary pub a leisurely 10min stroll from the hut. Close to the beaches at Dungeness and Camber.

Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.
