The house overlooks scenic Salt Pond, and there is a path to the pond side, where small boats may be launched from the grassy shore when the tide is in. The Blue Hill Peninsula offers many activities, including sightseeing, art galleries, water sports, hiking, biking, birding, dining, and more.

Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.

Public beach/ocean access at Bridge's Point Boatyard/Dow's boatyard is less than a half mile away. This property is not heated, space heaters available. All linens supplied. Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please note, Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are a one hour drive away. And the bathroom is tiny!
