This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Patio and fully fenced in shared yard. We live upstairs but separate entrances. Pets should be attended to if anxious or can’t be left alone. Note there are stairs on side of house to get to the guest suite :)
