The living/dining room is spacious and the well-equipped kitchen has a large cooker and a breakfast area. Ashburton offers antique shops galore, plus lots of food choices with a fantastic deli , an award-winning fish deli and an artisan bakery in the town centre, and there are many traditional pubs close by.

Not far from Dartmoor and the beautiful Devon coastline. A short walk to the river Dart, the South Devon Railway and the magnificent Buckfast Abbey. Recently renovated the accommodation provides a delightful space in the heart of Devon from which you can explore the wonderful surrounding areas.

The garden studio is a small, self-contained annex on the ground floor of my home. It is hidden away in a courtyard just off the main street. It has convenient shops including an organic store, a small co-op supermarket as well as cafés, pubs, and takeaways. The garden studio has a double futon bed with superior mattress with en-suite shower room with a small kitchen area a washing machine and central heating. A small outside patio eating/sitting area within a lovely south facing garden.
