This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor (two floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

Surrounded by nature, the apartment turns out to be a perfect spot for a swallow's nest — their song will be your background music during morning coffees on the terrace.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

5 minutes drive to get to Old Town Kotor, or 25-minute of walking. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the coast is a 8-minute walk away. Free parking spaces in front of the building. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait. Guests also have access to the terraces in front of the house, which are arranged on three levels. These terraces offer dining and coffee tables, as well as an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air.
