Casa Mondo

Casa Mondo is a newly built detached house located on the edge of small place Zbandaj approximately 8 kilometres from Porec. The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). The house has an enclosed garden of 600 sqm with a maintained lawn and boasts outdoor facilities such as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue and dining and seating area, swimming pool of 34 sqm with waterfall, parking for two cars.

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.
