Private secluded treehouse retreat

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

This lovely stand-alone holiday cottage (2 bedrooms, bathroom, sitting/dining room) offers you and your family a very comfortable and homely experience in a quiet setting, close to many local attractions. Deep carpets, shower, soft white towels, extra wide beds in one bedroom, fresh 100% cotton percale sheets, a fully equipped kitchen and continental breakfast provided, all make it a special home. Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.

Beach Retreat. A relaxing stay with a sea views.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. Cosy Woodland Annexe

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.
