Bragg) area, we offer a clean, safe, cozy and comfortable retreat. Our private, one-level space is designed with convenience in mind. There are no steps anywhere on the property, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages/abilities. We are proud to be a family-friendly, inclusive, pet-friendly, and EV-friendly property.

Original beachfront cottage on Holden Beach, just steps from the sand and water. Enjoy the dolphins and shorebirds from the rockers on the covered porch. Cozy studio has been completely renovated with thoughtful amenities. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee (Keurig), condiments, spices, and premium cookware. No stairs to climb, level walkway, and a fully fenced yard are ideal for children, pets (fee applies), and older guests. Fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs are provided.

Charming Historic Downtown Cottage

A unique opportunity to stay in the brand-new guesthouse of one of Wilmington's legendary downtown historic homes dating to 1895! Morvoren Cottage is just 4 blocks from the water and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown with private off-street parking. A modern newly renovated home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.

Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.
