Location! 50 metres to stunning beach , Wood Burner ( seasonal), secluded garden, Hot Tub (Open from Easter - 2 January, 2027 only) Fabulous, period cottage, finished to a high standard, moments from beautiful Porthminster Beach and St. Ives harbour , with it's boat trips to see the lighthouse and famous seals! The independent shops, restaurants, Tate Modern , galleries and coastal walks are a short stroll away. The trains, buses and car park are a few minutes walk.

Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.

The Garden room is a built cabin (studio) clad in cedar and situated on a peaceful road in Carbis Bay. The cabin has a king size bed with a beautiful bathroom, heated floor and walk in wet room. Soft towels and toiletries are provided. A galley corner contains Microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge perfect to prepare breakfast, picnic and ready meal... The patio has a couple of seating area and a outside shower ideal after a day at the beach. Tea and coffee are complementary.

Situated on the edge of St. Ives, Blackbird Studio is in a quiet wooded area adjacent to Nature Reserve with a network of footpaths and bridleways (ideal for dog walking) yet within walking distance of the many beaches, art galleries and restaurants in St Ives and Carbis Bay.

The cabin is based in a quiet cul-de-sac in Carbis Bay. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket, 2 minute’s from the bus stop. Train station is a 5/10 minute walk also. St Ives is a lovely 30 minute coastal walk away. We both work part time so we are usually available for any questions you may have or help on where to visit on your stay. There are local restaurants and bars in walking distance.
